At Pine&Co, we take great care in creating unique and memorable experiences with each of our cock- tails. Our Hinoki cocktail is an ode to the traditional Korean dish of hot stone rice. We aimed to capture the essence of the dish by recreating the experience of pouring water into a hot stone pot to create nurungji. To achieve this, we have specially designed a box that cre- ates a steam, evoking the scent of the forest. This not only adds to the flavor of the drink but also creates a memorable and evocative experience for our guests.
